Following three-year tenure as an educator, Graham was moved to explore the family business of printing and mailing with Archibald Allan Associates. After seven years of cultivating client relationships there, he was recruited to be VP of Business Development at an organization in the Washington DC area, Direct Solutions Group, where he introduced new channels of revenue via international sourcing. Two years later, Graham opened Victory Direct Marketing, continuing his work in providing the direct marketing community with international sourcing options, along with traditional direct marketing solutions. After it was sold in 2010, Graham sought new challenges. Graham has served as the youngest president of the Direct Marketing Association of Washington DC (DMAW) as well as an immediate past board member of the Philadelphia Chapter of the American Marketing Association. He resides in suburban Philadelphia with his wife, Nora, and three children. |

Chairperson - Nominations Karen Keenan Integral Metrix Group, Inc. 901 Barley Court Landeberg, PA 19350 Send E-Mail Karen began her career at the Eastman Kodak in 1979. Karen shot up Kodak's corporate ladder by moving quickly from a sales representative to creative segment manager to dealer marketing manager and eventually becoming corporate accounts manager in 1992. The DuPont Company brought her back east to Wilmington, DE as print media manager in 1993 where she was responsible for driving the education and demand for DuPont products in the printing and publishing marketplace. In 1995 she was promoted to new business development manager and subsequently in 1999, she became the global brand manager in the Color Proofing Business. Ready to leave the corporate environment, Karen joined DocuSource in 2001 as a partner and vice president of marketing and business development. She took over as president of DocuSource in early 2003. The company's rapid expansion caught the attention Associates Graphic Services (AGS), who purchased DocuSource in November of 2004 to expand their digital market share. Karen agreed to join AGS as director of marketing and is leading the company to expand their digital solutions division through innovative marketing strategies. She currently holds a position of CMO at Inegral Metrix Group. |

Vice President - Co-Chair Membership Linda Barba joined Project Marketing, Inc. in April 2000 from Harte-Hanks Direct (formerly DiMark, Inc.), where she had most recently held the position of Corporate Communications Director. During her tenure at Harte-Hanks, she also held other marketing and communications positions including Account Executive and Senior Copywriter. Linda brings 26 years of experience in the fields of communications, public relations, and direct response marketing to her work. At Project Marketing, Inc., she manages clients' media relations and marketing communications projects. Linda's strong suit is her ability to combine effective communication skills with an extensive knowledge of direct marketing, which allows her to truly understand the wants, needs, attitudes, and behaviors of an audience. Linda earned her B.S. in Communications/Advertising from Rowan University. She is a long-term member of the Philadelphia Direct Marketing Association (PDMA), having served on several volunteer committees and as an interim member of the Board of Directors. She is the winner of a Benjamin Franklin Award for Direct Marketing Excellence. Linda is also a member of the Professional Insurance Marketing Association (PIMA) and the Philadelphia Public Relations Association (PPRA), and she is active in many civic and philanthropic endeavors - most notably for the Alzheimer's Association. |

Vice-President - Co-Chair, Programs Chris Long is President of LongEffect, a third-generation family business providing integrated marketing services to the financial services and healthcare industries. Under his leadership, the company modernized its print management offering to include a robust set of cross-media marketing services. In addition to managing LongEffect and its strategic direction, Chris is responsible for developing new business and maintaining client relationships. Fascinated with design and brand identity, Chris enjoys participating in the creative process of marketing projects. Chris also has a passion for meeting new people, hearing their stories and discovering any opportunity to collaborate. Chris' international experience ranges from consulting for a global company in Switzerland, to teaching entrepreneurship and economic development in the Cape region of South Africa. He is an active corporate partner of Pearl S. Buck International, a non-profit international adoption organization in Bucks County, PA. Chris holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Babson College, where he concentrated in Global Marketing and Entrepreneurship. Vice-President - Communications Melanie Vivian has 16 years of marketing experience in the financial services, legal, and accounting industries. She is currently the Director of Marketing for Kreischer Miller, a public accounting firm in Horsham. In this role, she is responsible for all of the firm's marketing efforts, including branding and positioning, PR and communications, firm website, and channel marketing. She previously served as the Manager of Marketing and Practice Development for the Labor & Employment practice at Morgan Lewis, a law firm in Philadelphia. In this role she was responsible for marketing and practice development initiatives to drive new business, including proposals, collateral, communications, events, PR, and contact database management. Melanie spent the first 13 years of her career in a variety of marketing roles at SEI, a financial services company in Oaks. In her last role at SEI she served as the Global Marketing Director for SEI's Private Banking business unit, a newly formed unit operating in North America, the UK, Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Latin America. In this role, she was responsible for global alignment of the unit's positioning and messaging as well as PR, thought leadership, communications, events, and new market launches. Melanie graduated with a B.S. in International Business from King's College in Wilkes-Barre, PA. |

Currently, she is in manufacturing sales with IBS Direct, a leading print/production solutions provider. Aleka has been extremely active on the PDMA Board in the past and also a former board member of the New York Direct Marketing Club.

Starting her career at Colonial Penn and from there going to Harte Hanks (DiMark), Vertis (Webcraft), Devon Direct and IBS Direct, Lisa managed the print production of these company's top accounts. Serving on the Board as a Vice President of the PDMA in the early 1990's she comes with experience of running the Benny Awards and the Annual PDMA Golf Outing. |

Director - Co-Chair Membership Jackie Ricchey has over 25 years' experience in new business development and as an account executive in the direct marketing print industry. She began her career as a Senior Print Buyer at National Liberty Corp. and moved into sales in 1987 with Colorforms. Jackie is currently with Diamond Graphics Print, a WBENC company, in new business development. Just prior to that, she worked for Octopus Media an Interactive CD company, Mars Graphics and Digital Dog Direct, a digital/lettershop firm. Jackie was named Sales Person of the Year while with Colorforms/Wallace in 1998. She is a long-time active member of PDMA. Jackie is also on the board of the North Hills Country Club and participates annually in their Rally for the Cure fund raiser run. |

Joanna has a background in international marketing communications, public relations, writing and graphic design. She has held positions in international distribution, higher education, and advocacy in both non-profits and for-profit firms.
